Dr. Josef Elouze, DPM, is a skilled podiatrist based in Toms River, NJ, at Elite Podiatry. After graduating the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1980 and performing post-graduate medical and surgical training, Dr. Peters engaged in private practice in New York City. He started his private practice in White Plains, NY in 1997 and is on the surgical staff of White Plains Hospital Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the New York Podiatric Medical Association and the American Diabetes Association.
